About the 2027 BMW X7

The 2027 BMW X7 is the brand's full-size, three-row luxury SUV, seating up to seven and priced from $87,500 to $115,000 before options. It comes in two trims: the xDrive40i, with a 375-horsepower turbocharged inline-six, and the M60i, with a 523-horsepower twin-turbo V8. Both pair standard all-wheel drive and air suspension with up to 90.4 cubic feet of cargo space and a third row usable by adults, making the X7 the roomiest SUV BMW sells and a natural fit for families across Fairfield and the wider Solano County area.

This is the final model year of the current X7 generation, and the lineup is focused: the M60i makes rear-wheel steering and active roll stabilization standard, hardware that is optional on the xDrive40i, and both trims can add a hands-free Highway Assistant for controlled-access highways. With the available factory hitch, the X7 tows up to 7,500 pounds. There is no full X7 M and no all-electric X7 for 2027, so the M60i is the range-topping model.

Not sure where to start? If you are choosing between trims, open Trims Compared; if you are cross-shopping rivals, see the Mercedes-Benz GLS or Audi Q7 comparisons; if you are deciding between three rows and two, read X7 vs X5; and if space is your priority, start with Cargo Space and Third Row.
